BE PART OF THE JOURNEY

Long Walk for Social media.png

WMC is thrilled to present Tom Allen in a performance of J.S. Bach's Long Walk in the Snow. CBC listeners know Tom Allen as the host of About Time, heard weekday afternoons on Radio Two. Since 2010, in collaboration with his life partner Lori Gemmell (harpist), Allen has been creating "chamber musicals" that mix storytelling, history and music.
Join Tom Allen and friends in a 400 km odyssey that follows a young J.S. Bach to a glittering northern port city with street fights, big business, insight, fulfillment, the father figure he didn’t know he needed and, quite possibly, love.

Stay tuned for  WMC's Summer House Concerts!

Stay tuned for our summer House Concerts!

It's been six years since WMC's last annual Swing into Spring! We are planning a smaller but equally fun version of this fundraiser, now with a French twist titled Le Spring Swing Soirée. The proceeds of this event will support the 2026 WMC McLellan Competition for Solo Performance with the WSO.

You are sure to love the French pastry, the art, and the fabulous accordionist who will set the perfect atmosphere in La Maison des Artists in the St. Boniface area. Read all about it here.
